Chainsaw Industries descends from the United Naturalists, the Level 5 movement that raised Level 6 and decided by examination who was allowed to climb onto it. The company kept the movement's founder, its sorting instinct, and its verdict on the level below.
Population of the Titan's Domain is sorted into worker castes, short-cycle cloned labour, and neural mirrorings: minds copied from failing bodies into machine substrate, for whom succession is a maintenance schedule.
The operating principle on record: control of infrastructure, employment, entertainment, and memory in one institution removes the requirement for politics. Work incentives and neural entertainment run as one system. History and inventory run as one database. A Level 6 citizen can complete a full life cycle without touching an object the company did not make, measure, or license.
Below the foundation, the same principle continues as hardware. ARES monitors Level 5 and enforces the only corporate policy the substrate experiences directly: discarded material is refuse, and refuse assembled into capability is a threat. Substrate populations appear in corporate ledgers as assets, where they appear at all.
Cross-reference. One entry currently resists the ledger. Refuse retrieved from field 73-B, repaired by an unlicensed population, active, unclassified. Event file 05-244 remains open.
